Ingredients:
Chicken leg-6
Ginger paste-1/4tsp
Garlic aste-1tbsp...
Chopped onion-3 medium
Onion paste-1/4 cup
Termaric-2tsp
Chilli powder-2tsp
Salt-2tsp
Soya souce-1tsp
Meat mashala-2tsp
Tomato sauce 1/2tsp
Garam masala-1/4tsp
Cinnamon-1stick small
Cardamom-2
Bay lef-1
Oil-1/4cup
Lemon juice -1tbsp (optional).
Method: cut leg in two portions, wash them well and with knife give them few small cut that can absorb mashala. In a bowl mix termaric1tsp,chilli powder 1tsp,salt1 tsp ,Soya souse 1/2tsp,meat mashala1tsp,tomato sauce 1/4tsp,garam masala 1 pinch, lemon juice. After mix all the ingredients add chicken leg and cover well, keep a side for 20 minute. Heat the oil in a pan, heat should be medium. Fry the meat in oil until they look dark brown. After fried all the pieces keep a side. Now add chopped onion, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf in this oil. Until onion look brown from side keep stirring. When onion look brown add ginger-garlic paste fry few then add onion paste. Fry 2 minute and add all the rest of mashala . Fry 1 minute add ¼ cup water. Lid id and cook until dry. Add fried legs and mix with mashala . Let it cook in mashla in low flame for 1 minute. Check them to avoid burning. Add 1 cup water and lid it. Cook for 15 minute.
