Chicken manchurian

We all love to chiness food. when ever you go for lunch to any restaurant most wanted dish is chicken Manchurian. so todays I will tell you how can you make easily this recipe in house. lets starts with ingredients.

We will need:
Chicken breast cut in cube- 1,1/2cup
Tomato Ketchup-1cup
Cornflour-1cup
Salt-1tsp
Black paper powder-3/4tsp
Soya souce-1tsp
Red chili powder-1tsp( make paste with 1tbsp vinegar)
Grated Garlic-3tsp
sugar-1tsp
Onion cute in cube- 1 pcs (large)
Capsicum cube-1/2 pcs (large)
Oil for gravy-1/4cup
Oil for deep fry
Egg-2pcs

Method: Wash your hand before start or you may wear gloves. In a large bowl add chicken. Add soys sauce, black paper powder, salt, sugar, corn flour, egg into bowl and mix until all combined. ( if egg is large you may need to add egg slowly). keep a side for 30 minutes.

In a pan heat oil for deep fry. Stove heat should be medium. Now drop chicken pcs one by one very carefully. don't over crowed the pan. don't need to stir ,just cook for 2-3 minutes . when chicken pcs floating over oil just fold upside down and remove from oil and keep on kitchen towel to drain extra oil . fry all the chicken pcs .

For gravy: In a pan heat oil over medium flame. add garlic and fry until dark brown. Add ketchup ,stir well. add chili ,salt and 2 cup water. bring it just boiling point. Add chicken pcs and stir. cook for 3-4 minutes over medium flame . (after 3-4 minutes check gravy if you want more thick then keep it for more 2-3 minutes. but I want them runny so 3-4 minutes is enough for me). add capsicum, onion and stir to mix well. now cook over high heat for 1 minutes then remove from stove.

pour into serving dish and sprinkles some toasted sesame seeds. enjoy with fried rice

মরিচ গুড়া -১চামচ ( ১টে: চামচ ভিনেগার দিয়ে পেস্ট করে নিবেন, কালার সুন্দর হবে)
রসুন গ্রেট ক রে নিবেন-৩চামচ
পেয়াজ কিউব-বড় ১টা
ক্যাপ্সিকাম কিউব- অর্ধেক টা ( আমার ক্যাপসিকাম বড় ছিলো তাই অর্ধেক নিছি)
তেল গ্রেভির জন্য-১/৪কাপ
তেল -মাংস ভাজার জন্য

steamed ILISH

You will need:
ILISH-6pcs
Onion paste-4tbsp
Garlice paste-1tsp
Ginger paste-1tsp
Musterd paste-2tbsp( make paste with 2pcs green chili)
Turmaric powder-1tsp
Fish masala-1tsp
Red chili powder-1tsp
Cumin powder3/4tsp
Coriender powder-3/4tsp
Salt-1tsp
Musterd oil-3tbsp
Green chili-3-4pcs

Method : In a bowl add all paste and powder masala and 2 tbsp musterd  oil . Now add ILISH pecs and coat with Mixture. Keep a side for 15minutes to marination.Take a tiffin carrier or heatproof bowl with lid, place one by one fish pcs in it and pour all the masla over them. now pour 1tbsp spoon musterd oil and 3-4pcs green chili over fish and cover with lid.

In a whide pan or karai place 2-3 pcs kitchen napkin and place tiffin carrier on the top of napkin. pour hot water into karai until the water cover 3/4 of tiifin carrier's. now cover the karai  with lid and place over stove. Stove heat should be medium. cook for 20-25 minutes.
After 20-25 minutes remove karai from heat. Transfare fish into a serving dish. enjoy with rice .

Cotton cheese cake

you will need:
cream cheese-1/2 cup+1 tbsp (140 gm) home made
flour-7 tbsp
milk-1/2 cup
cornflour-2,1/2 tbsp
butter-3 tbsp
sugar-7 tbsp
egg-5
lemon zest if you want

Method: Turn on stove. heat should be lower.place a pan on the stove and pour milk into pan.Add cream cheese ,keep stirring to avoid burn in bottom.After 2-3 minutes it will look thicker now add butter. keep moving your spoon. when its look much thick remove from heat. separate egg yolk from egg white. keep egg white into separate bowl.beat egg yolk and add slowly cheese mixture until both mix well. now sieve flour and corn flour. add with egg yolk by adding 1/3 of flour mixture once. use septula and just fold with egg mixture. keep a side . 
beat egg white with sugar until its turn into stiff pick. just fold egg white with egg yolk mixture by add 1/3 portion each beach. cake batter is ready.
i used cake pan size round 19'' and height 3''. use butter paper in pan.pour cake batter into pan.  now place this cake pan on the water bath. put cake pan along with water bath into oven over 150'c . bake for 80 minutes . remove from oven and let it cool. remove cake pan side by using knife and flip it out from pan. slowly remove butter paper from cakes bottom and side. cut into pieces and enjoy

হোম মেইড ক্রিম চিজ -১/২কাপ+১টে: চামচ( ১৪০গ্রাম)

কম আচে চুলা জ্বালিয়ে দিন।একটি প্যান বসিয়ে দিন।দুধ ডেলে দিন।ক্রিম চিজ দিয়ে দিন,ক্রমাগত নাড়ুন যেনো তলায় না ধরে ২/৩ মিনিট পরে দেখুন ঘন হয়ে এসেছে বাটার দিয়ে দিননাড়তে থাকুন অনেকটা গাঢ় হয়ে যাবে। এবার নামিয়ে নিন ডিমের কুসুম আর সাদা অংশ আলাদা করে নিন।কুসুম ফেটিয়ে নিন ভালো করেএবার এক হাতে অল্প করে ক্রিম চিজের মিশ্রন ডালুন আর অন্য হাতে নাড়তে থাকুন চিজ মিশ্রন কুসুমের সাথে মিশানো হয়ে গেছে।ময়দা, কর্নফ্লাওয়ার মিশিয়ে নিন

Shondesh



Shondesh
You will need
Chana-1/2 cup
Milk-600 ml
Powdered sugar-tbsp
Cardamom powder-1/tsp
Almond sliced-for decoration

Method: on a stove heat milk. keep moving spoon to avoid burning. when its reduced on half add chana and keep mixing by pressing down. after few minutes its will turn into thick mixture now add sugar powder and cardamom. it will turn into sticky form. now remove from stove and pour into grease pan or plate. press evenly and give a rectangle shape. spread sliced Almond on the top and keep into fridge for 2 hours. After 2 hours cut into square shape as you want. i give shape into big pecs so from this recipe i got 8 pecs shondesh.


সন্দেশ খেতে কার না ভালো লাগে। তাও আবার ঘরে যদি বানানো হয় তা হলে তো কথাই নাই ।  চলুন জেনে নেই রেসিপি ।
ছানার সন্দেশ

যা লাগবে
ছানা-১/২কাপ
দুধ-৬০০মিলি...
চিনি গুড়া -৬টে: চামচ
এলাচ গুড়া-২টির
কাঠবাদাম কুচি
কাজু কুচি
প্রণালী : দুধ চুলায় আচে দিয়ে ঘন করে নিতে হবে। ক্রমাগত নাড়তে হবে যেন তলায় না লাগে। অর্ধেক এর কম হয়ে আসলে ছানা দিয়ে নাড়তে হবে। অল্প আচে রেখে চামচ দিয়ে চেপে চেপে নাড়তে হবে। যখন মাখা মাখা হবে চিনি, এলাচ গুড়া দিয়ে নেড়ে নিতে হবে। আঠালো হলে নামিয়ে ঘি লাগানো বাটি বা ট্রে তে নিয়ে সমান করে নিতে হবে। বাদাম কুচি দিয়ে চেপে দিয়ে ফ্রিজে ২ ঘন্টা রেখে দিন। পরে বের করে পিছ করে কেটে নিন।আমি একটু বড় পিছ করেছি তাই ৮পিছ হয়েছিলো।

muhan taal







যা লাগবে
বেসন-২কাপ
ঘি-৩/৪ কাপ
এলাচ -৩টিকে ভেংগে গুড়ো করে নিন।
বাদাম-আধা ভাংগা করা ২টে: চামচ

চিনির সিরার জন্য:
চিনি-১কাপ
পানি-৩/৪কাপ
দুধ-২চামচ

প্রনালী: ঘি গরম করে নিন।একটি প্লেটে বেসন নিয়ে তাতে ৩টে: চামচ গরম ঘি দিয়ে মাখিয়ে নিন।(দেখতে ব্রেড ক্রাম্ভ এর মত লাগবে।) ঘি আবার চুলায় বসিয়ে দিন মাঝারি আচে গরম করুন। এবার বেসন ঘি এর মধ্যে দিয়ে মাঝারি আচে বাদামি করে ভেজে নামিয়ে নিন। অন্ন প্যানে পানি চিনি মিশিয়ে মাঝারি আচে রেখে নাড়ুন।যখন ফুটে উঠবে দদুধ দিয়ে দিন,দেখবেন চিনির ময়লা টা ভেসে উঠবে সররে মত,চামচ দিয়ে ময়লা তুলে ফেলে দিন। চিনির সিরা টা ঘন আঠালো হয়ে আসলে (এক টু হাতের আংলে নিয়ে দেখুন,দুই আংগুলের মাঝে যদি এক তারের মত দেখা যায় তার মানে চিনির রেডি।) বেসনের মিশ্রন ডেলে নাড়তে থাকুন।যখন গা ছেড়ে আসবে নামিয়ে একটি তেল মাখানো প্লেটে ডেলে সমান করে চারকোনো করে নিন।আধা ইঞ্চি পুরো করে নিন।এবার বাদাম ছড়িয়ে দিয়ে একটু চেপে দিন যেন বাদাম বসে যায়। পুরোপুরি ঠান্ডা হলে কেটে নিন। উপভোগ করুন মজাদার মোহন থাল।


You will need

Besan-cup
Gee/Dalda-3/cup
Cardamom -3 (crushed)
Nuts- roughly crushed 2 tbsp

For suger syrup
Suger-1cup
Water-3/4 cup
milk-2tsp.

Method: Heat the gee. In a bowl mix 3tbsp heated gee with besan that mixtures wil look like bread crumb. Now heat the gee over medium flame. pour besan mixture and fry until its look brown,nice aroma wil speard all over your kitchen smile emoticon. now remove from heat and keep a side.

In another pan mix water and suger. heat over medium flame. when bubbles start add milk, you wil see a thin leyar apear,with spoon remove this leyar from syrup. now with a spoon test the syrup. if its look thick its ready to add besan.( you can test with finger, just rub and seprate the finger fron each other you will see a thin line apear mean suger syrup is ready). now add besan and mix well. stir until its leave the pan. now remove from heat pour on grased plate,speared. garnished with nuts. press lightly that nuts can set. now let it cool complitly,then cut in square and enjoy

Balushai sweet /misti




You will need
Flour-1,1/cup
yogurt-1/cup (thick one)
baking powder-1/tsp
baking soda-1/tsp
Dalda or Butter-3,1/tbsp
sugar
-1,1/cup
water-cup
rose water-2/3 drop
oil-for fry.
mawa -for decoration.

Method: Mix flour,baking powder,baking soda and sieve twice. pour dalda on flour and mix well until look crumble. now add yogurt and just mix them ,don't need to knead . keep a side for 15 minute.

on stove make sugar syrup . syrup should be thick. when you touch with finger you wil see the making line between two finger. remove and let it warm.

heat oil over low flame. mix the dough lightly and divide in 16 portion. make ball and press between palm.now press by finger on middle. make them all this way.drop 6 of them. cook 7 minute over low flame don't need to move them.after 7 minute turn other side and cook for another 6 minute. remove and drain oil and drop in sugar syrup. stir and remove from syrup. drain excess syrup by jali . now deep in mawa and keep in fridge. enjoy the balushai

ingredients:
chicken -1
coriander paste-3tbsp......
onion paste-1/4cup
gaৃrlic paste-1tbsp
ginger paste-1/4tsp
turmeric-1tsp
cilli powder-1tsp
cumin powder-1/2tsp
meat mashala-2tsp
soya sauce-1tsp
tandoori mashala-2tsp
tomato sauce-3tsp
salt-1/2tsp
lemon juice-2tbsp
butter 2tbsp.


method:mix all the mashala in a bowl .only left the butter.then bland it once ( i use shel pata).clean the chicken well. let it dry mean shouldn't be water left on chicken. after dry apply mashala mixture over chicken . use your hand ,don't left any single corner then starch with knife . speared all over chicken.now cover the bowl with politin and keep it in freezer for over night. its better you prepared 1 day before ( if u don't want to wait so long can keep for 6 hour).next day bring the chicken in normal. then grilled it for 25 minute at 200c. after that brush butter and let it bake for 5 minute.. remove and serve it ..with sauce...

Chicken kufta curry



Ingredients:
Chicken breast mince-1 ½ cups
Tomato paste-1 cup (see the note)...
Egg white-1
Flour-2tsp
Chopped onion-1(¾ cup)
Grated ginger- ½ tsp
Grated garlic-1tbsp
Garam mashala/curry powder-1/2tsp
Salt-1 ½ tsp
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Bay leaf-2 small
Black paper cursed /powder-1/4tsp
Oil-1tsp
Water-1cup
Chopped coriander - 3tbsp.
Green chilli-5/6 (cut in four pieces)

Tomato paste- place 6 tomatos on pan and keep over stove over low flame. Lid for 2 minute it will soft. Remove and bland them. Sieve to remove the skin n seeds. Your tomato paste is ready to use.

Method: In a bowl mix mince+ ½ tsp salt+ flour+ black paper+ ginger+ 1tbsp coriander leaves. Keep a side until sauce is ready.
In a pan pour 1tsp oil and heat over stove on low flame. Add bay leaf +garlic+ onion+ 1/2tsp salt. Fry them for 5/6 minute or until little fry and soft. Add tomato paste+ cumin powder+ garam masala, stir n cook until tomato paste reduces half. Add1 cup water and bring boil, simmer for 1 minute. Now make ball with mince mixture and drop into the sauce. Lid for and cook for 6/7 minute over medium low flame. Turn the mince kufta .add green chilli and cook for another 6/7 minute. Add coriander leaves and remove .enjoy tasty healthy chicken kufta

Chicken fry curry


Ingredients:
Chicken leg-6
Ginger paste-1/4tsp
Garlic aste-1tbsp...
Chopped onion-3 medium
Onion paste-1/4 cup
Termaric-2tsp
Chilli powder-2tsp
Salt-2tsp
Soya souce-1tsp
Meat mashala-2tsp
Tomato sauce 1/2tsp
Garam masala-1/4tsp
Cinnamon-1stick small
Cardamom-2
Bay lef-1
Oil-1/4cup
Lemon juice -1tbsp (optional).

Method: cut leg in two portions, wash them well and with knife give them few small cut that can absorb mashala. In a bowl mix termaric1tsp,chilli powder 1tsp,salt1 tsp ,Soya souse 1/2tsp,meat mashala1tsp,tomato sauce 1/4tsp,garam masala 1 pinch, lemon juice. After mix all the ingredients add chicken leg and cover well, keep a side for 20 minute. Heat the oil in a pan, heat should be medium. Fry the meat in oil until they look dark brown. After fried all the pieces keep a side. Now add chopped onion, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf in this oil. Until onion look brown from side keep stirring. When onion look brown add ginger-garlic paste fry few then add onion paste. Fry 2 minute and add all the rest of mashala . Fry 1 minute add ¼ cup water. Lid id and cook until dry. Add fried legs and mix with mashala . Let it cook in mashla in low flame for 1 minute. Check them to avoid burning. Add 1 cup water and lid it. Cook for 15 minute. After gravy look thick and meat cooked remove and serve.

eggless marble cake

Ingredients...
Flour-1 cup
Condense milk-2tbsp
Baking powder-1tsp
Baking soda-1/4tsp
Butter-1/4cup
Powder suger-6tbsp
Vanilla-1/2tsp
Milk-1/2cup
Coco powder-1tbsp
Hot water-1, 1/2 tbsp.

Method: sieve flour baking powder baking soda and keep a side. mix butter +sugar until look creamy. Add vanilla+ condense milk +milk and mix well. Now add flour well. (Don’t add whole cup once a time. mix with ¼ cup once). Mix coco powder and hot water in separate cup. Now from flour mixture pick ¼ cup mixture and mix with coco powder mixture. Keep a side. Pre-heat oven at 170c. Grease a pan with butter n flour. Now from flour mixture pour half of mixture into greased pan, with tbsp drop three circle on mixture and make pattern with fork. Let it set. Now pour left flour mixture again and drop 3 circle of coco powder. with fork make pattern as like before. Bake over lower grill for 30 minute. Turn on upper grill too and bake for another 5 minute. (Check with toothpicks). Remove and serve .I cute slightly upper side to show the pattern after baking.

3 in 1 cake with choco choco

ingredients:
flour-1/2cup
egg-2...
semolina-1/4cup
yogurt-1/4cup
oil-1/4cup
suger-1/4cup
baking powder-1tsp
pran choco choco-10.

method: Pre heat oven at 180c. if you using stove then place your pan to pre heat over full heat( look the link for full detail of stove baking). Mix flour,  semolina, baking powder. In a separate bowl add egg, sugar and beat until foamy. Add yogurt mix and add oil beat with hand blander until mix well. Grease your cake pan and pour the batter. Now decorate your cake by using choco choco stick. with a toothpick just make ring over your choco, don't need to deep just over on cake. Now bake your cake for 25/30 minute( check middle by using toothpick if its come out clean then remove cake from oven ) .remove after done and let it cool. we don't need decorate because you will see cake come out already with pattern which you done before baking. If you using stove for baking then bake for 30/359 check with tooth pick if done remove).enjoy.....

Surprize muffin


Ingredients:
Egg-2
Flour-1/2cup
Suger-1/4cup
Oil-2tbsp...
Baking powder-2tsp
Vanilla-1/4tsp
Doreo biscuit
Nocila/nutalla/chocklet

Method: beat egg and sugar until look creamy. Add flour 1tbsp once a time and mix, do the same until you mixed ½ cup flour. Add baking powder and mix.
Now add oil and combined well. Grease muffin pan.
Now pour 1tbsp batter in every section of muffin pan. My muffin pan is for 6 muffins. Secondly place your doreo on batter (I used one biscuit just flip them and added some nocila and joint again. If you want to use two biscuit it will be great, just speared some nocila over one biscuit and joint second biscut then place on the muffin mould). Pour more batter to cover doreo .Pre-heat oven for 10 minute on 170c. Turn off upper grill and place muffin pan on middle rack over lower grill. Bake for 12 minute. Remove and let it cool. Now remove from pan and decorate as your choice…

Moist Chocolate cake


today is my bro's birthday so i baked a chocolate layer cake. I got recipe from internet. and did few change ....



ingredients:...
flour-1 1/2cup
granulate suger-1cup
coco powder-1/3cup
baking soda-2tsp
baking powder-1tsp
salt-1pinch
butter milk-1cup(Mix 1tbsp vinegar or lemon juice with 1 cup milk. Wait 5/10 minute. butter milk will ready)
vegetable oil-1/2cup
vanila-1tsp
breud coffe-1cup( mix 1tsp coffee in 1 cup hot water)
egg-2

method: pre heat oven at 170c. if you want to bake over stove, pre-heat pan( follow the link).grease 2 cake pan with butter then flour and keep a side. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients and sieve 2 time. Make a hole middle of dry ingredients and pour butter milk mix well. after that add oil and beaten egg mix well. at last mix breud coffee. Now dived the mixture into two portion and pour into 2 greased pan. if you baking in oven then place pan on middle rack and bake for 35 minute( after 30 minute insert the toothpick if its come out clean then your cake is ready). or if you baking over stove then need two separate baking pan and place cake pan over rack and lid it. bake for 40minute.( check with toothpick). remove from oven or stove let it cool. dived each cake make 4 thin cake .Now place first pieces of cake and speared cream then place 2nd ,again spread cream and place another cake. as like do all. After finished this process 4 layer cake is ready. decorate with cream and enjoy......

Place hot water in a bowl. in another small bowl pour egg white and beat until foam. Then add butter . beat again,. add icing sugar an coco mix well. keep it in fridge for 5 minute . then decorate....

Carrot cake

ingredients:

flour-2cup, .
baking soda-1tsp
baking powder-1 1/2 tsp,
salt-1/2tsp,
egg-4, 
granulate suger-1 1/2cup, 
carrot finely greated-2 1/2 cup, 
oil-1cup,
vanila-2tsp,


method: Beat egg and sugar until mixture is thick and light. Add oil, vanilla, salt and beat very well. In separate bowl mix flour,baking soda, baking powder. Now add this flour mixture in egg mixture but 1tbsp a time and continue beating. As like mix all flour. Add grated carrot and with a spoon mix well. Grease your cake pan and pour mixture. As I posted before place handi over gas n heat with full power. then lower your gas heat medium and place cake pan over rake. Cover for 30 minute( after 25 minute check your cake with tooth pick if done then remove).if u want to bake in oven then pre heat oven at 180c and bake for 25/30 minute. Remove from gas n let it cool. decorate with cream...

Mango pudding



mango pudding
you will need
mango pure-1cup
milk-1cup
condense milk-2tbsp(I added but mango was too sweet . so you can omit)
egg-2 big size

For caramel:
sugar-2tbsp
water-1/2tbsp
 mix water and sugar into pudding pan.just place over stove pan and make caramel .

method: beat egg and sieve. on stove heat milk and condense milk. when milk reduce in half remove from stove. when milk lukewarm  slowly add with egg mixture. at the end mix mango puree. now transferred mixture into caramel pan. pre heat oven at 170c. in a wide pan place pudding pan. now add water into wide pan nearly half of pudding mixture pan. place into oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. remove from oven and let it cool completely. keep into fridge for 2 hour. after 2 hour just place a plate on the top of pudding pan and flip it . now cut into pieces and enjoy .


mini kunafa


Mini kunafa
I made this with my home made laccha shemai dough. if you want to use store bought laccha shemai then fry them with 1/2tsp Gee until slightly brown.
You will need:
Laccha shemai-2cup
milk-500ml
butter-1tsp
cornflour-1tbsp
sugar-3tbsp
vinegar-1tbsp
For syrup :
sugar-1/2cup
water-1/4cup
rose water-few drop
Method: make sugar syrup until its 1 tread stage. Heat 1, 1/2 cup milk  and add 1tbsp vinegar. turn off heat and stir Chana will leaving whey. over a pot place Steiner and cover with cloths. pour Chana into it and drain all water from Chana. heat left over milk , add sugar and mix well. in a cup mix corn flour with some water and add with milk. keep moving spoon to avoid burn in bottom. when it look thick remove from heat and add Chana and mix well. now grease two small pan with butter or gee. sprinkle 1/2tbsp sugar in each pan. divide laccha in equal 4 portion. pre-heat oven at 170c. in a pan pour 1portion laccha and then 1 portion Chana mixture then cover with another portion of laccha. prepared both pan same way. bake into oven in the middle rack for 10-12 minutes. remove from oven and pour sugar syrup from side and the middle. with knife remove from side of pan. place a plate on the pan and flip it up. your mini kunafa is ready to serve. 

 

shir khurma


You will need
Milk-1 litter( thick milk I reduced from 1 and 1/2 litter into 1 litter)
shemai- 1/2cup
condense milk-2, 1/2 tbsp.
cardamom-3
cinnamon-2pieces
pista crushed-1tbsp
kaju crushed-1tbsp
Date-5pcs(chopped)
Gee-1tbsp+1/4tsp

Method: On the stove place milk over low flame. add cardamom, cinnamon, condense milk mix well. keep on the low flame. On the other stove place a pan . heat  1/2tbsp gee and fry nuts and date. remove from pan and add into milk . In the same pan add 1/4tsp gee and fry shemai over low flame. when shemai looks dark brown remove from heat and pour into milk mixture. mix and cover it. cook for 5 minute over low flame. After 5 minutes remove from heat and serve .

milk powder ladddu

Milk powder laddu with nuts
I will recommend try atlas once in your life. too yummy you will never forget its taste.

You will need
Milk powder-100gm
powder sugar-50gm
pistachu-1,1/2tbps
Almond-1, 1/2tbsp
black peas-1tbsp
cashew nuts-1,1/2tbsp
penut-50gm
cardamom-3pcs
Gee-100gm

Method : in a pan heat 1/2tsp Gee and fry 10minutes all the nuts and peas over low flame. remove from stove and keep on the tissue so can drain excess Gee. when its warm just grained and keep a side.

in a wide bowl mix milk powder, nuts powder and sugar until combine well. Melt gee and add 1tbsp each time and continually mix with milk mixture. (follow the video for more info) just try to make ball. if its form into a ball its mean we don't need more Gee. now make all the ball and enjoy this laddu..

                                                                   গুড়া দুধের লাড্ডু
              জীবনে একবার না হলেও এইটা বানাইয়া খাবেন। বাকি আমি আর কিছু বলবো না। :)
যা লাগবে
গুড়া দুধ-১০০গ্রাম
চিনি-৫০গ্রাম
পেস্তা -,/২টে: চামচ
কাঠ বাদাম-,/২টে: চাম...
চান্নার ডাল -১টে: চামচ
কাজু-,/২টে: চামচ
চিনা বাদাম -৫০গ্রাম
এলাচ-৩টা
ঘি-১০০গ্রাম
কড়াইয়ে ঘি /২চামচ দিন। সব রকমের বাদাম,ডাল দিয়ে ১০মিনিট অল্প আচে ভাজুন।
টিস্যু পেপারে রেখে দিয়ে ঘি মুছে নিন
বাদামের মিশ্রন গুড়া করে নিন।
চিনি গুড়া করে নিন
চিনি গুড়া বাদামে দিয়ে দিন। গুড়া দুধ দিয়ে দিন
হাত দিয়ে ভালো করে মাখিয়ে নিন। যেনো সব মিশে যায়। আর হ্যা ভালো কথা আমার হাত কিন্তু ভালো করে ধুয়ে নিয়েছি https://www.facebook.com/images/emoji.php/v6/f51/1/16/1f603.png:D
ঘি গলিয়ে নিতে হবে।
অল্প অল্প করে ঘি দিয়ে মাখাতে হবে। যখন হাতে চাপ দিলে জমাট বাধবে তখন আর ঘি দিবেন না।
আমি লাড্ডু বানাতে শুরু করে দিলাম। ঘি সব লাগে নাই অল্প বাকি থেকে গেছিলো।
